Shipping policy

1. Shipping Timelines: The standard timeline for delivery of orders placed on the Website across India is 10 (Ten) business days.
   
   

2. 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)reserves the right to accept or reject an order placed on the Website in part or in full. 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)will notify you of its acceptance of the order on your email address (provided at the time of registration or purchase), as soon as possible by confirming receipt of your order and dispatch of the same. All decisions in relation to the acceptance or rejection made by 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decision in any manner whatsoever.  

3. As soon as an order is dispatched, 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)shall send a shipping confirmation through it’s shipping partner and contact you via. e-mail , 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)will send  delivery details on your email. You, as a registered user, can track the order using the tracking ID you received in your Email Id and can also track the order by visiting the ‘Order History’ page under the Account.

4. Once the order has been placed, you agree and acknowledge that you cannot modify the order. It is however clarified that you may amend the shipping address by notifying 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)in writing any time before the order has been packed for dispatch.

5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein-above, during high season and sale, shipping of products may take a little longer.

Tries to gain unauthorised access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users of the Website.
Engages in commercial activities without 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)’s prior written consent such as engages in contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising etc.

Interferes with another user’s use of the Website.

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms the same shall be settled by a binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed jointly by both parties and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

   It is expressly agreed by the parties that 369 Healthy Winner (Maatrriyaa)may assign all or part of its rights or duties under these Terms without such assignment being considered a change to these Terms and without notice to you, except to the extent provided by law.
